TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Prices stated are in Malaysian Ringgit MYR / RM.
2. Prices stated are fix and not inclusive postage. (except if offer stated with free postage)
3. Items sold are not returnable. (unless for valid reason as per Return Policy)
4. If no payment receive within 24 HOURS after stock confirmation given, order will be automatically cancel. Do inform at onlinehijab@yahoo.com if need to extend reservation.
5. For custom made item, you have to pay a deposit of 50%, and another 50% after order is ready.
6. For readymade item, booking can be made with at least 50% from selling price. Item will be reserve for agreed no of days. If there is no full payment on the last day of booking, booking will be forfeited and item will be publish for sale.
7. No cancellation are allowed after you have make a payment/booking. If there is, payment will be forfeited.
8. All purchases will be courier to you on the next schedule delivery day.
9. Please email us directly if you have any problem regarding the received parcel. Wrong and damaged item can be exchange, T&C apply.

All items purchased from OnlineHijab.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. But Alhamdulillah, so far we have not encounter any missing parcel case.
